Excellent standard of service I purchased a property through your estate agency last month and thought I would like to pass on my experience of using Tenerife Property Shop services to others, who, like me, are thinking of going through the purchase process for the first time and will equally be totally out of their 'comfort zone'. However, if my comments give some reassurance to them I will have achieved my goal.
The preparation for the purchase was conducted for me whilst I was back in the U.K. and the staff at Tenerife Property Shop along with the recommended Lawyer from De Cotta Law handled everything for me; including setting up all the appointments to obtain the necessary documents in lieu of my visit to Tenerife to make the actual purchase. I was accompanied by one of their representatives at each appointment and the whole process was completed in 2-days.
All the staff my husband and I dealt with from the initial viewing through to taking ownership of the property was excellent. I could not fault them in any way; they were friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, but most importantly extremely efficient and could be relied upon to do what was promised. We dealt with staff from both the offices in Las Americas and San Blas and the standard of service was the same.
Therefore, should anybody be anticipating using Tenerife Property Shop S.L. I can recommend them whole heartily. The staff are a credit to the owners of this family run business. I should like to add that the Lawyer was equally as efficient.Keep up this excellent standard of service!
